Ingredients:
3/10 Cup(s) crushed cashews
2 halibut fillet
1/8 Teaspoon(s) paprika
1 beaten egg
1 Tablespoon(s) butter
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Teaspoon(s) pepper, black
Directions:
Put the cashew pieces into a blender or food processor and grind them up into a cashew flour. Mix the cashew flour with the paprika and place on a pie plate or serving platter. Place the beaten egg on another plate. Salt and pepper the fish. Put the butter into a large skillet over low heat to begin to melt it. Dip the fish in egg, then dredge in the spiced cashew flour. Place fish in the skillet and raise heat to medium-high. Cook until done, about 3 minutes per side.
