Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) oil, vegetable
1 Tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 Tablespoon(s) minced ginger
2 peeled stalks lemongrass
2 Cup(s) water
28 Ounce(s) chicken broth
1 Pound(s) chopped bite-size chicken breast
4 Ounce(s) pasta, angel hair
1/4 Cup(s) chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon(s) lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
2 thinly sliced onion, green
1 finely chopped red chili
Directions:
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and lemongrass; saute 3 minutes. Add water and broth; bring to a boil. Add chicken and pasta; cook 5 minutes or until chick is done. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Discard lemongrass.
