1 Cup(s) organic whole milk
16 Ounce(s) shredded cheese, cheddar
8 Ounce(s) cheese, mozzarella grated
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Hungarian sweet paprika
1/4 Teaspoon(s) thai chili powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 1/2 Cup(s) macaroni, elbow
1/4 Teaspoon(s) onion powder
1 Cup(s) cheese, ricotta
Heat the oven to 350
Heat saucepan with water for boiling pasta.
Put milk in a saucepan and warm to almost a boil.
add cheddar cheese (save a little for garnish later) and stir until melted.
add mozarella and stir until melted.
Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente.
Drain pasta and put in oven-safe dish.
Mix in sauce.
Add ricotta and mix.
Sprinkle with cheddar, paprika, and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until desired brown crust.
