Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) milk
1/2 Cup(s) cream, heavy
3 Tablespoon(s) Upton tea masala chai
3 Tablespoon(s) sugar
Directions:
Use a heavy-bottom pan on the stove.
Measure the milk by filling each cup you plan on serving into and then pouring into the pan. Add a splash of heavy cream.
Add 3 tablespoons of Upton traditional masala chai per serving.
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar per serving.
Turn on medium heat and stir occasionally to prevent a skin on the chai.
Just as it approaches a boil, pour through a strainer into serving cups.
