Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) water
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped carrot
1 deseeded pepper, habanero
1/4 Cup(s) chopped onion, white
2 Clove(s) garlic
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Tablespoon(s) vinegar, white
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) fresh lime juice
Directions:
Cook carrots in a covered sauce pan until tender. About ten minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then put in a blender with other vegetables.

Add the acid (vineger, lime juice) to the blender.

Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
