Ingredients:
6 large, fresh tomatillo
1 large onion, yellow
3 Clove(s) garlic
2 Can(s) 4 oz chilies, green
1 juiced lime
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(s) cumin
Directions:
* Can substitute fresh chilis for the canned (ancho, jalapeno)

Preheat oven broiler. On a large baking sheet, place tomatillos and onions; broil for 4 to 5 minutes or until blackened. Remove from oven, bring to room temperature and place in a blender or food processor along with the next 6 ingredients (garlic through cumin). Blend until well combined.
