1 Cup(s) flour
1/2 Cup(s) butter
7 Slice(s) velveeta cheese

Coat the baking dish (2 quart) with butter. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Put a layer of potatoes in the bottom of the dish. Salt and pepper lightly and cover with flour. Now add a layer of cheese and dab with butter. Repeat this until you are ready for the last layer. Don't use as much flour on the top layer. Pour milk slowly over the potatoes until you see a little milk coming up the sides of the dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
