Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until dough is firm. If dough is too sticky, mix in a small amount of flour. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until firm. Roll out dough half an inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. But cookies on a cookie sheet half an inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. When done, cookies should be firm to the touch. Remove cookies from oven and leave for one or two hours to harden. Makes about 40 2-inch-long cookies. |
