Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) lard or Mary's oil blend
2 Cup(s) or lamb cut into 1/4 inch pieces beef
1 Can(s) coconut milk
2 Cup(s) beef stock
1 Teaspoon(s) red curry paste
1 1-inch chopped ginger root
1 or 2 limes juice of # lemon(s)
1 Teaspoon(s) or maple sugar coconut sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Sea salt
2 Tablespoon(s) chopped fresh basil leaves
1 cut into strips pepper, red bell

Directions:
Warm oil or lard in a large pot over medium heat. Add meat and saute, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes, or until meat has browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
