Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 Cup(s) coconut milk
2 Tablespoon(s) or stevia powder syrup, maple
2 egg yolk
1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
Place banana in food processor and puree. Add remaining ingredients and puree. Add enough water to obtain desired consistency.

(For fewer calories, use pinch of stevia powder instead of maple syrup.)
