Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) 3 oz cherries, sour
1/2 Cup(s) 3 oz rolled oats
2 1/4 Cup(s) unbleached flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Sea salt
1/2 Cup(s) water
1/4 Cup(s) sourdough starter
Directions:
Mix everything together and let sit, covered, for 12 hours.

Bake at 450 in a Dutch oven for 30 minutes, then take the lid off and bake an additional 15 or so minutes until deep brown.
