Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) flour
2 Cup(s) sugar
1 Cup(s) oil, vegetable
2 Cup(s) cold water
3/4 Cup(s) cocoa powder
2 Teaspoon(s) baking soda
2 Tablespoon(s) vinegar, white
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer at top speed for about 3 minutes.

Pour batter in 9" x 13" greased/floured pan

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Chocolate Tofu Icing ( Add to shopping list ) :
10 Ounce(s) silken tofu
12 Ounce(s) chocolate, semi-sweet chips
3 Tablespoon(s) water
Directions:
Melt the chocolate chips and blend with the tofu and water.
