1/4 Cup(s) lemon juice
1/4 Cup(s) fresh, chopped oregano
2 Tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
2 Teaspoon(s) pepper, black
1/4 Cup(s) oil, olive
2 chicken breast
2 sliced, for garnish lemon
1 Cup(s) soy sauce
Whisk together lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper in a large bowl and add oil in a slow stream, whisking.
Marinate chicken in soy sauce and water for 30 minutes.
Grill chicken, 5 minutes on a side, direct heat, medium.
Grill lemon slices for 3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.
Placed grilled chicken in bowl with dressing and turn to coat. Arrange chicken and lemon slices on platter.
