1/2 Pound(s) cheese, cheddar
1/4 Pound(s) cheese, ricotta
1 Teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) paprika
Have butter, cheddar, and romano cheeses at room temperature. In a medium bowl, whip butter, cheeses, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika slowly on low speed with mixer until fluffy.
Use as spread for sourdough or French bread; toast under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
