Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) oil, vegetable
4 large chili, red
2 Teaspoon(s) grated ginger
2 Pound(s) shrimp paste
2 Tablespoon(s) fish sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) sugar, brown
2 Tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 Cup(s) basil leaves
Directions:
Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the oil, chilies and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute or until sealed. Combine the fish sauce, sugar and lime juice and pour over the prawns. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked through. Stir through the basil and searve with steamed greens and rice.
