Directions:
Place the tomatoes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Place the pureed tomatoes in a saucepan with the stock, sugar and a generous sprinkling of salt and pepper. Cover over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until heated through. Stir through the basil and serve. |
