Ingredients:
1 Clove(s) pressed garlic
3/10 Teaspoon(s) basil leaves
1 Pinch(s) salt
1 Pinch(s) pepper, black
1/2 Pound(s) beef flank steak
3/5 Teaspoon(s) oil, olive
2 sliced zucchini
3 cherry tomato
2 Teaspoon(s) cheese, parmesan
Directions:
Combine garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Divide mixture in half.
Press half of seasoning evenly into both sides of the beef and set aside.
Heat oil and remaining seasoning mixture in a skillet over medium heat.
Saute zucchini 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute longer.
Transfer vegetables to platter, sprinkle with cheese and keep warm.
Increase heat to medium-high and saute steaks 3-4 minutes, turning once.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve with reserved vegetables.
