Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut the loaf in half and brush olive oil on the crust side. Place the bread, crust down, on the baking sheet and brush with a mixture of melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and red chili flakes. Bake for 5 minutes, until starting to brown. Make a sauce from canned, crushed tomatoes, italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Spread shredded mozzarella and parmesan on the toast. Add pepperoni. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes. |
