Ingredients: 1/4 chopped onion, yellow 1 finely diced garlic clove 1 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce 1 Tablespoon(s) oil, toasted sesame 1/2 Cup(s) chopped mushroom 1 (frozen ok) fresh ramen noodles 1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) miso paste (white) 1/4 Teaspoon(s) onion powder 1/4 Teaspoon(s) garlic powder 1 1/2 Cup(s) (canned stock ok) water 1 Tablespoon(s) butter 1 Slice(s) chopped ham steak 2 frozen meatballs 2 Tablespoon(s) corn, frozen 2 Tablespoon(s) frozen spinach 1 sliced hardboiled egg 1 Teaspoon(s) fried onions 1 Teaspoon(s) sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon(s) black soy sauce |
Directions:
In a soup pan over medium heat, saute onion and mushroom in oil and soy sauce. When onions soften, add garlic powder and onion powder. When onions are done and fond is developing on the pan, add chopped garlic and saute for just 30 seconds, then add water or stock. Add butter, frozen corn, frozen spinach, chopped ham, meatballs. When noodles are al dente, remove from heat. Add miso paste and stir until dissolved. Serve in a big bowl and garnish with a sliced egg, fried onion, sesame seeds, and sweet black soy sauce. |
