Directions:
In a dutch oven over medium high heat, cook mushroom, onion, spices, and beef. Develop a fond for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle in flour and cook for about a minute. Deglaze with chicken broth and milk. Bring to a simmer for about 3 minutes. Mix in parmesan cheese. Pour into a 9x14 baking pan. Add a layer of peas, a layer of corn, and a layer of tater tots. Bake at 450 degrees on upper rack for 35 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes |
