Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) sliced mushroom
1 chopped onion, yellow
1 Tablespoon(s) minced thyme
4 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 Pound(s) beef, ground
3 Tablespoon(s) flour
1 1/2 Cup(s) chicken broth
1 1/2 Cup(s) milk
1 1/2 Cup(s) grated cheese, parmesan
1 Cup(s) peas, frozen
1 Cup(s) corn, frozen
1 Bunch(s) tater tots
Directions:
In a dutch oven over medium high heat, cook mushroom, onion, spices, and beef.
Develop a fond for about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour and cook for about a minute.
Deglaze with chicken broth and milk.
Bring to a simmer for about 3 minutes.
Mix in parmesan cheese.
Pour into a 9x14 baking pan.
Add a layer of peas, a layer of corn, and a layer of tater tots.
Bake at 450 degrees on upper rack for 35 minutes.
Let cool for 15 minutes
