Ingredients:
2 Teaspoon(s) oil, peanut
5 Clove(s) minced garlic
2 Teaspoon(s) minced ginger
1 pepper, jalapeno
1 Pound(s) spinach
1 large onion, yellow
2 medium chopped tomato
2 Teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/2 Teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
2 Teaspoon(s) garam masala
1 Teaspoon(s) turmeric
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 Cup(s) water
1 1/2 Cup(s) cheese, paneer
Directions:
Preheat instapot to saute high heat. When pot is hot, add oil and heat until shimmering. Add garlic, ginger, and jalapeno. Saute for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add the spinach, onion, tomatoes, cumi, cayenne, garam masala, turmeric, salt and water. Stir to combine.

Lock the lid, set to manual high pressure for 4 minutes.

Quick release the pressure when done, unlock and remove lid.

Use an immersion blender to achieve the desired consistency.

Gently stir in paneer cubes.

Garnish with lemon juice, yogurt, cilantro and black salt.
