Directions:
1. Place all of the dried ingredients (+ soaked chilies) in a mortar and grind with pestle till they are a powder. (Or use blender.) 2. Add galangal, lemongrass, coriander root and pound again till smooth. 3. Add garlic, shallot, shrimp paste (optional) and chilies, and pound till smooth. |
