Directions:
Saute garlic, red pepper, spinach, and onion. Cook bacon in a separate pan, crumble, and add to vegetables. Spread crescent rolls in a pie dish to form a crust. Sprinkle a layer of cheese in a pie crust. Add a layer of sauteed vegetables. Keep adding layers until pie crust is full. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over vegetables and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
