Ingredients:
2 Clove(s) garlic
1 pepper, red bell
1 onion, yellow
10 Ounce(s) frozen, chopped spinach
2 Cup(s) shredded cheese, cheddar
5 egg
1/8 Teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) pepper, black
1/2 Cup(s) milk
6 strips cooked bacon
1 Package(s) crescent rolls
Directions:
Saute garlic, red pepper, spinach, and onion.

Cook bacon in a separate pan, crumble, and add to vegetables.

Spread crescent rolls in a pie dish to form a crust.

Sprinkle a layer of cheese in a pie crust. Add a layer of sauteed vegetables. Keep adding layers until pie crust is full.

Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over vegetables and cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
