Ingredients:
8 Cup(s) flour
1 Cup(s) mashed potato
1 1/2 Cup(s) warm water
3 yeast, active dry
3 Tablespoon(s) sugar
1 Tablespoon(s)
3 reserve one egg for egg wash egg
Directions:
Make the mash potatoes or bring to room temperature is using left overs.

In warm water, dissolve yeast and sugar and let rest 10 min, until bubbly.
In a large mixing bowl, place two cups flour, 2 eggs, salt, stick of softened butter, warm mashed potatoes, and yeast.
Mix well until blended. Add remaining flour gradually and continue to beat dough until it becomes too stiff to beat.
Remove the dough to a floured board and knead while continuing to add the remaining flour.
Place in an oiled bowl and let rise one hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down and form into loaves or rolls.
Place on a greased cookie sheet or bread pan. Brush top with egg wash and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Bake loaves 45 to 55 minutes at 375 degrees.
