Directions:
Saute the beef and onion in a skillet until no longer pink. Add spices and tomato paste. Stir to mix. Add garlic and green chilis. Add broth and bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until the broth is evaporated, about 15 minutes. |
