Directions:
On a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil, place tomatillos cut side down, poblano, and serano with seeds, and garlic clove. Broil for 5-8 minutes. Don't scorch the garlic, but the peppers should be half charred. Put everything in blender and add vinegar, cumin and salt and water. Blend until smooth. |
