Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 10-30 Minutes
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) sliced into disks in food proce. brussel sprouts
1/2 Cup(s) grated cheese, mozzarella grated
1/2 Cup(s) grated cheese, parmesan
1/2 Cup(s) grated cheese, cheddar
Directions:
I'm just guessing at the preparation based on what I enjoyed recently. The ingredient list, at least, is correct.

Preheat the oven to 350.

So. Wash and trim the brussels sprouts. Then slice them into disks with a food processor.

Butter a baking dish, line it with brussels sprouts, and pour like a cup of cauliflower sauce (below) over it. Bake in the oven until it's almost done, then sprinkle (or mix) all the cheeses on and bake until it's bubbly.

Cauliflower Sauce ( Add to shopping list ) :
2 Cup(s) florets cauliflower
3 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
1/2 chopped onion, yellow
1 Pinch(s) Sea salt
1 Pinch(s) sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) corn starch
2 Clove(s) garlic
1 juice of # lemon(s)
Directions:
I'm just guessing what this is.

I think, just simmer it all (except corn starch) together until soft, then puree.
