I'm just guessing at the preparation based on what I enjoyed recently. The ingredient list, at least, is correct. Preheat the oven to 350. So. Wash and trim the brussels sprouts. Then slice them into disks with a food processor. Butter a baking dish, line it with brussels sprouts, and pour like a cup of cauliflower sauce (below) over it. Bake in the oven until it's almost done, then sprinkle (or mix) all the cheeses on and bake until it's bubbly. |
