Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, saute shallots and garlic in coconut milk until shallots are translucent, about 2 to 4 minutes. Add ginger and continue to saute for 1 minute. Add the greens, peppers and tamari and saute for 2 to 4 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds. Can be served warm or chilled. |
