Ingredients: 2 Cup(s) course ground Corn grits/Polenta 11 Cup(s) water 1 Tablespoon(s) kosher salt |
Directions:
Use a pot that go between the stovetop and oven. Mix all ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk constantly. Transfer to 375 degree oven and cook for an hour. Whisk again and scrape bottom of pot. Return to oven and cook for 10 more minutes then remove and whisk. Repeat until it reaches the desired thickness. |
