Directions:
Pulse the bread crumbs in a food processor. Set the bread crumbs aside. Add one cup of shrimp, mayo, pepper, salt, cayenne to a food processor and pulse about 8 times. Add the rest of the shrimp and pulse about 4 times. Transfer to a bowl. Add scallions and mix. Form into half cup patties. Dredge in bread crumbs. Heat the oil to a shimmer. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes on a side. Serve on buns with lettuce and tartar sauce. |
