Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 60+ Minutes
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:
2 unenhanced pork tenderloin
1/2 Cup(s) oil, vegetable
2 Teaspoon(s) finely grated ginger
6 chopped scallions
1/2 Teaspoon(s) lime zest
1/2 Teaspoon(s) white pepper
2 Teaspoon(s) black soy sauce
2 Teaspoon(s) lime juice
Directions:
Pound to flatten.
Cut into four equal steaks.
Season with salt and pepper on each side of each steak.

Bake in a 275 degree oven on a greased rack for 25 min to 35 min.

Make the sauce.
Heat half a cup of vegetable oil in a sauce pan and then pour over
ginger, scallion whites, lime zest, and white pepper. Mix and set aside.

Remove pork from the oven, pat dry to remove all moisture and let rest for 10 minutes.

Add scallion greens, soy sauce, and lime juice to the sauce.

In a skillet, warm 2 tbsp oil to a shimmer, and then pan-sear the pork steaks on high one or two minutes per side to brown.

Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice and serve drizzled with sauce.
