Directions:
Chop the chicken into cubes, mix the marinade and toss the chicken in the marinade. Let is sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. After the marinade, place the chicken on the skewers leaving space between each piece so it can cook all around. Broil or grill until done. It should be brown on the edges and cooked through. |
