Add water if necessary, and still a little dry, then add olive oil. Knead for a few minutes. Separate into two bowls, lightly oiled, to let rise for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Roll out one pizza dough,and let it rise a bit longer. Meanwhile, preheat your oven or grill and pizza stone. Top with olive oil and toppings, and cook at 500 (or on high in the grill) for 7 to 8 minutes. |
