Ingredients:
4 Cup(s) whole wheat flour
3 Tablespoon(s) Somersweet sugar
3 Tablespoon(s) cinnamon
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 Cup(s) nonfat dry milk
1 Cup(s) nonfat plain yogurt
2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 1 pkt, .25 oz yeast, active dry
Directions:
Mix together flour, SomerSweet, cinnamon, and salt.

In a medium saucepan, stir together nonfat dry milk, nonfat plain yogurt, nonfat milk, vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring, until liquid reaches a temperature of 120 degrees on an instant-read thermometer. Pour liquid into bread maker. Add all the dry ingredients except the yeast to the bread maker. Make a 1/2-inch well in top of dry ingredients. Sprinkle yeast into well. Set breadmaker to whole-wheat cycle. Cool and remove loaf according to your bread maker's instructions.

If well-wrapped, this bread can be frozen for 1 week.
