Multi Grain Muesli Recipe (Printable Recipe) Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup rolled rye 1 cup rolled barley 1 cup rolled wheat 1/2 cup chopped dried dates 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or sliced/silvered almonds 1/4 cup flaxseed meal, or whole flaxseeds 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (This is a blend of 50% grains and 50% nuts, seeds and dry fruit mix.)
