Directions:
Wurstsalat is a very common Swiss food, and tasty too. The wurst tastes like bologna. Make the salad dressing. (Add whatever you want -- herbs, seasonings.) Soak sausage in dressing for an hour or so. Prepare salad with everything you like. Pour dressing over the salad. Also good with cottage cheese. |
