Ingredients:
1/4 Pound(s) cooked sausage
2 Cup(s) lettuce
1 chopped onion, green
1/8 Cup(s) oil, olive
2 Tablespoon(s) vinegar, apple cider
2 Tablespoon(s) cream, heavy
1/2 pressed garlic clove
1 Dash(s) salt
1 Dash(s) pepper, black
Directions:
Wurstsalat is a very common Swiss food, and tasty too. The wurst tastes like bologna.

Make the salad dressing. (Add whatever you want -- herbs, seasonings.)

Soak sausage in dressing for an hour or so. Prepare salad with everything you like. Pour dressing over the salad. Also good with cottage cheese.
