Directions:
Trim asparagus and place in top portion of a 2-part vegetable steamer. Steam for about 5 minutes, until asparagus turns bright green and is just tender. Transfer to a serving bowl. Meanwhile, melt butter with lemon juice in a small skillet over medium heat, and pour over asparagus. Place in warm oven until ready to serve. |
