Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) beef, ground
1 Cup(s) soft bread crumbs
1 Cup(s) milk
1 minced onion, yellow
2 beaten egg
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) pepper, black
6 strip bacon
Directions:
Soak crumbs in milk and add beaten egg.
Add meat, onion and seasoning.
Form into a loaf (do not pack) and place in baking dish; then put strips of bacon on top of loaf.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
