Directions:
Place thawed apple juice concentrate in a heavy bottomed pan, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, add chopped chilies, and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes. Place fried and drained bacon into the bowl of a food processor to finely chop. Add bacon and balsamic to chili mixture. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Refrigerate to cool before serving. |
