Ingredients:
12 Ounce(s) thawed apple juice concentrate
3/4 Cup(s) we used 2pk Dorot Chilies chilies, red
1 Pound(s) fried and drained bacon, peppered
1 Teaspoon(s) vinegar, balsamic
Directions:
Place thawed apple juice concentrate in a heavy bottomed pan, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, add chopped chilies, and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.

Place fried and drained bacon into the bowl of a food processor to finely chop. Add bacon and balsamic to chili mixture. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Refrigerate to cool before serving.
