Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 1-10 Minutes
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients:
6 Clove(s) garlic
3 pepper, habanero
3 pepper, jalapeno
2 pepper, green bell
1 pepper, red bell
1 onion, yellow
7 diced tomato, roma
4 Cup(s) tomatoes, diced canned
Directions:
Dice up 6 cloves of garlic, 3 habanero peppers, 3 large jalapeno peppers, 2 green Chile peppers and one red chili pepper and 1 good sized yellow onion. (Use gloves while dicing peppers)
Place in pan with a little olive oil and set it on low. Stir occasionally so it does not burn.
After about 10 minutes, add 6-8 roma tomatoes that have been diced, and two cans of diced tomatoes. (I use the verity that has roasted garlic and onion)
Add Chile powder, salt and cumin.
Simmer and stir for about two hours or until most of the liquid has simmered off.
