Ingredients:
14 Ounce(s) dried pasta, penne
8 Slice(s) prosciutto
2 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
2 Tablespoon(s) vinegar, balsamic
3 1/2 Ounce(s) baby arugula
1 Pinch(s) salt
1 Pinch(s) pepper, black
1 Pinch(s) cheese, parmesan
Directions:
Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until al dente, tender but firm to the bite. Drain and return to the pan, off the heat. Cook the prosciutto for 2 to 3 minutes under a preheated hot broiler until crisp. Set aside.

To the pasta add the oil, vinegar, arugula, and salt and pepper to taste; toss to combine and heat all the ingredients through on low heat. Divide among bowls and top with the prosciutto. Serve with the cheese.
