Ingredients:
3/10 Pound(s) fish fillet
3/5 Teaspoon(s) melted butter
4 Teaspoon(s) cheese, parmesan
3 Tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
3/10 Cup(s) dried bread crumbs
1 Clove(s) pressed garlic
3/10 Teaspoon(s) zest lemon
1 Pinch(s) salt
1 Pinch(s) pepper, black
Directions:
Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesean cheese, and lemon zest.
Rinse fillets gently and pat dry.
Rub fillets with butter or oil and dip each side in bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes uncovered and check for doneness.
Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
