Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) flour
1 Teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) pepper, black
3 Pound(s) beef rump roast
3 Tablespoon(s) oil, vegetable
2 sliced onion, white
4 Clove(s) garlic
2 peeled and cubed carrot
1 Teaspoon(s) paprika
1 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 Teaspoon(s) powdered cloves
1/4 Teaspoon(s) thyme
1 Teaspoon(s) oregano
1 bay leaves
1 Cup(s) wine, red cooking
2 Tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Make a rub with all but the flour and coat meat. Dredge meat in flour and brown.
Brown onions in same pan after beef is out.
Put leftover flour on the onions just before taking out of pan.

add carrots during the last 30 min
