Ingredients:
3 Slice(s) bacon
1/2 onion, red
1 canned chipotle chili
1 Teaspoon(s) cumin
1 Teaspoon(s) chili powder
3 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 Can(s) pinto beans
1 Can(s) tomatoes, diced canned
2 Can(s) chicken broth
Directions:
Chop bacon and render over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes in a non-stick pan.
Chop onion and add to the bacon. Cook until soft.

Chop one chipotle chili fine and add to the bacon. Add some of the sauce as well.
Add spices and garlic.

Drain and rinse the beans. Add to the pan.
Add chicken broth and deglaze the pan.
Simmer for 25 minutes to thicken.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

Serve and garnish with diced onion, sliced radish, cotija cheese, and cilantro.
