Ingredients:
1 Package(s) (cabbage and carrots) Packaged cole slaw mix
1/2 Cup(s) julienned or thinly sliced cucumber
1 Tablespoon(s) juice of # lime(s)
1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Pound(s) lean turkey, ground
2 Tablespoon(s) finely chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce, naturally fermented
1 Tablespoon(s) grated ginger root
2 Clove(s) finely chopped garlic
4 Teaspoon(s) mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon(s) sweet chili sauce
4 toasted English muffin
Directions:
1. Coat a large griddle or outdoor grill rack with cooking spray; preheat to medium-high.

2. In a medium bowl, combine slaw mix, cucumber, lime juice and salt; toss to coat and set aside. (Alternatively, toss the slaw mix with salt and set aside to draw the water. Drain and add the remaining ingredients.)

3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger and galric; divide mixture into four balls and then gently press each one into a 4-inch patty.

4. In a small bowl, combine mayo and chili sauce.

5. Grill or broil patties until internal temp reaches 165 F, about 4-5 mins per side.

6. Spread half of each English muffin with chili-mayo; top with burger, slaw mixture, and muffin top.
