Recipe Name: Ryan's Boston Bachelor Pizza Submitted by: Ryan
Source: Source Description:
Ethnicity: Italian Last Modified: 4/28/2020
Base: Grain/Pasta Comments:
Course: Entree no pizza stone, no blender, no food processor, no time
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 10-30 Minutes
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) warm water
1 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
1 Teaspoon(s) sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
2 Cup(s) flour
1 Tablespoon(s) instant yeast
1 Cup(s) tomato sauce
2 Cup(s) cheese, mozzarella grated
1 Cup(s) pepperoni
1 Tablespoon(s) pizza spice
1/4 Cup(s) cheese, parmesan
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix the wet ingredients (water, olive oil, sugar, yeast) in a pyrex measuring cup.
In a large bowl, add 1 cup of flour and salt. Mix with a fork. Add wet ingredients and combine until smooth. Continue adding flour in half cup increments until the dough will absorb no more flour. Turn out dough onto a floured counter and kneed, adding flour until no longer sticky. Would it be nice to let this dough rise? Yes. Do you have time for that? No.
Press or roll out dough into a size that matches your pizza pan. Oh yeah, grease that pizza pan.
Place the dough onto the pan and add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Penzey's Pizza Sprinkle, because you have just that much class.
Sprinkle with parmesean.

Bake until cheese is melted and crust is browning, about 15 minutes.
Serve with a Coke and eat while it is still lava hot, burning the roof of your mouth.
