Ingredients:
2 English cucumber
2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 3/4 Cup(s) greek yogurt
1/2 Cup(s) oil, olive
3 Clove(s) minced garlic
4 Teaspoon(s) vinegar, red wine
3 Tablespoon(s) fresh chopped dill
3 Tablespoon(s) fresh chopped mint
Directions:
Remove the stems and grate into a bowl, avoiding the seedy part.
Add salt and mix with your hands. Set aside for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, add yogurt, oil, garlic, vinegar, dill, and mint. Mix.

Squeeze the remaining moisture from the cucumbers.
Chop the cucumber and add to the sauce.
Add 2 tsp of reserved cucumber liquid and .5 tsp of salt.

Garnish with dill and mint and olive oil.
