Ingredients:
3 peeled, cored tomatillo
1 seeded chili, poblano
1 pepper, serano
1 Clove(s) garlic
2 Teaspoon(s) vinegar, white
1 Teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 Cup(s) water
Directions:
On a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil, place tomatillos cut side down, poblano, and serano with seeds, and garlic clove.
Broil for 5-8 minutes.
Don't scorch the garlic, but the peppers should be half charred.
Put everything in blender and add vinegar, cumin and salt and water.
Blend until smooth.
