Ingredients:
1 16 oz bag frozen
1/4 Cup(s) diced shallot
2 Clove(s) minced garlic
1/2 Cup(s) coconut milk
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) minced ginger root
1 Cup(s) red and yellow bell pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) tamari
3 Tablespoon(s) toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, saute shallots and garlic in coconut milk until shallots are translucent, about 2 to 4 minutes.
Add ginger and continue to saute for 1 minute.
Add the greens, peppers and tamari and saute for 2 to 4 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Can be served warm or chilled.
