Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cup(s) bread flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) instant yeast
1 3/4 Teaspoon(s) kosher
3/4 Cup(s) greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon(s) honey
1/4 Cup(s) water
6 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
2 Tablespoon(s) Zatar
2 Tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor for about 10 seconds.

Add the wet ingredients and mix for about 30 seconds. Test the dough. It should be sticking to the side of the container. Add water if necessary. Mix for another minute, until it forms a ball.

The dough should be sticky.

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees with a pizza stone.

Knead on a floured board a few times. Divide into two pieces. Form into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about an hour to double in size.

For the topping, combine olive oil, zatar, and sesame seeds.

Dust a pizza peel with flour. Shape the dough into a 6x12 oval. Place on the peel. Cover with topping and bake for 7 to 9 minutes to brown.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Serve.
